Well, the Orca is supposedly a confused command ship, and it has 400km3. A bit excessive, but clearly there have been advances in Planck Generators since the invention of the Giant Secure Container.

For a NEW new Gallente, go with the Vexor. The Thorax, like it's bigger brother the Megathron, is the more skill-intensive option. ;) Something good to shoot for eventually, but you'll be far more effective sooner in a Vexor.
